Hello! I’m Janet

I am an IAHIP pre-accredited psychotherapist based in Dublin, holding a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling. Before training in therapy, I worked in Human Resources, where I gained valuable insight into interpersonal dynamics, communication, and conflict resolution in professional settings. This background enriches my holistic, person-centred approach to psychotherapy.

I provide integrative therapy to adults in a warm, grounded, and respectful space, allowing you to explore your inner world at a pace that feels right for you.

I support clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, drawing on additional training in suicide prevention (safeTALK, LivingWorks) and working with neurodivergent individuals. These experiences continue to deepen my professional practice and understanding.

I also offer sensitive, non-judgmental support for clients processing pregnancy-related experiences, including post-abortion care. My focus is always on meeting each person where they are, with empathy, presence, and genuine curiosity.
